LOS ANGELES (January 29, 2018) – World Airways CEO, Ed Wegel will take center stage at APEX Tech to offer up the technology trends which all airlines, especially low cost airlines, will need to harness in the decades ahead. The airline industry event hosted by Airline Passengers Experience Association provides the industry and its members with information, guidance, analysis, and trend reporting on technology issues critical to the aviation industry.
Wegel will take the main stage to deliver his presentation,“The Rise of the Global Paxex Tech Savvy Low-Cost Carrier of the Next Decade,” during which he will unveil to attendees the types of technology needed for the emerging airline of the next decade.

World Airways has commenced its certification as a US flag carrier, subject to all US DOT and FAA regulations, and will seek to launch scheduled services in 2019.
